Training For MCSA : Windows Server in Dallas & Arlington, Texas

CCI Training Center’s Courses related to Microsoft Server training are listed below. These courses together cover the key technologies for MCSA: Windows Server 2012 competency.


The Microsoft Server related positions are plentiful. Once you complete your course work you must spend time preparing for the related certifications listed below. Once in the field, you can expand your knowledge and your capabilities helping you to achieve your goals in career advancement. This is a hands-on program. The schedule is flexible to accommodate the working adults and those with other responsibilities.

Students complete their work on campus and online. You may choose day or evening schedules. The work is completed collaboratively including your classmates and under the supervision of a qualified and experienced instructor. This ensures all students can gain hands-on experience and work on projects all together without being left behind. Instructors are available to provide lecture and support in class as well as remote support while students work on their online coursework.


Installing and Configuring Servers

This course provides students with knowledge and skills in working with Windows operating systems to install and perform the initial configuration of a Windows Server in an existing Windows server environment. Students will learn how to implement and configure the core services, including Active Directory Domain Services, networking services, and initial Hyper-V configuration.

This course maps to the required Microsoft exam, Microsoft 70-410.

Client Operating Systems

The course provides students with knowledge and skills to perform the installation and configuration of the operating systems as well as how to set up users, system profiles, and policies relating to the operating system. Students will learn to perform fault isolation and correction of the operating system.

This course maps to the required Microsoft exam, Microsoft 98-349.

Active Directory & Client OS

The course provides students with the knowledge and skills to implement, manage and maintain network infrastructure. Students will learn to apply server tasks including implementing routing, implementing, managing and maintain Protocols (DHVP), (DNS), and (WINS); IP traffic and certificates; implementing a network access infrastructure; and managing and monitoring network access.

This course maps to the required Microsoft exam, Microsoft 70-411.

Configuring Advanced Server Services

In this course, students will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to implement a core Windows Server 2012 infrastructure in an existing enterprise environment. Students will cover the necessary administrative responsibilities, such as implementing server images, user and group management with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Group Policy, remote access, network policies, data security, and monitoring and updating management.

This course maps to the required Microsoft exam, Microsoft 70-412.
