SSCP Certification Courses
This fast-track computer school training course covers the six domains and major knowledge base objectives in preparation for the Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) certification. The coursework complements the (ISC)² exam changes scheduled for August 2019 and is weighted to ensure applicants have the skill, experience and expertise to identify, address and respond to cloud-based data security events, as well as conceptualize, design and implement risk management solutions to ensure industry standards compliance and legal responsibilities.
The (ISC)² exam domain names have been changed and weighted to more accurately reflect the ever-changing IT landscape.
This IT training and exam prep course will reflect the new (ISC)² exam format below:
- Cloud Application Security (17%)
- Cloud Data Security (19%)
- Cloud Platform and Infrastructure Security (17%)
- Cloud Security Operations (17%)
- Concepts, Architecture, and Design (17%)
- Legal, Risk, and Compliance (19%)
CCSP certification is a globally recognized endorsement that reflects the holder’s extensive hands-on learning experiences and in-depth knowledge necessary for cloud security professionals.
The exam is built on an experienced-based model of testing key competencies. To ensure that each student is fully prepared for the exam, the coursework includes workshops, simulation labs, and interactive activities that challenge participants to test their knowledge and identify strengths and weaknesses. Instructor-supported sessions provide ample opportunities to discover and eliminate learning gaps.
At the conclusion of the class, students will have explored relevant IT training topics including, risk identification, data monitoring and analysis, cryptography, network communication security, and other topics relevant to cloud-based security.
The hybrid on-campus and online class includes attending evening classes on campus twice a week for three weeks.
